A Brief
STATEMENT OF FAITH
of
Berlin Christian Fellowship Church
Berlin, Ohio
1. We believe there is one God eternally manifested in the
persons of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
2. We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible,
inerrant, authoritative Word of God.
3. We believe in the virgin birth of Jesus Christ, in His
vicarious and atoning sacrifice through His shed blood,
in His resurrection, in His personal return in power and
glory upon the earth.
4. We believe conversion and regeneration through faith in
Jesus Christ is absolutely essential for the salvation of lost
and sinful humanity.
5. We believe in water baptism as a confession of faith.
6. We believe the gospel includes holiness of heart and life,
healing of the body, and a definite personal experience
with the Holy Spirit whereby the gifts of the Spirit
become active in the life of the believer.
7. We believe in God's
Kingdom on earth today and in the complete
restoration of the Kingdom of God upon the earth.
8. We believe in the bodily resurrection of believers at the
end time - the just unto eternal life and the unjust unto
eternal damnation.
9. We believe in the spiritual unity of all believers in our
Lord Jesus Christ.
